About my area

We are in one of the most accessible and popular parts of the Loire Valley with rolling countryside, magnificent chateaux and superb wines from our local vineyards. Perfectly situated between Le Lude and Saumur, halfway between Angers and Tours. We have lived in this picturesque part of the Loire Valley for many years, having originally moved to France with my young family at the beginning of the 1990's. I have worked here as a Partner in an Estate Agency and a Property Management Company. I returned to the UK for a number of years to run my businesses there and returned to France in 2012.

I know this region so well and felt that it could do with being much better marketed to potential buyers, working alongside my colleague Tony Grantham as Independent Agents representing Leggetts. With our intimate knowledge of the area, property sales and the various issues with restoring homes we feel we are perfectly placed to help realize our clients dreams.
