TRACFIN — Anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing

  • for a legal entity: extract from the trade register (Kbis) or equivalent, up-to-date articles of association, certified accounts, identity of the legal representative and information relating to the ultimate beneficial owners.
The request for these documents does not reflect personal distrust. It arises from a legal obligation designed to secure the transaction, protect the parties and contribute to the fight against money laundering and terrorist financing.

Failure to provide the necessary information or documents may prevent Leggett Immobilier from continuing the business relationship or participating in the completion of the transaction.

Where required by regulation, Leggett Immobilier may be obliged to file a report with the competent authorities, in particular TRACFIN, in accordance with the conditions laid down by law.

Information collected in this context is processed in accordance with applicable legal obligations and personal data protection regulations.

Applicable law

This legal information and these terms of use are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the user is encouraged to contact Leggett Immobilier in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution.

Failing amicable resolution or mediation, the competent French courts may be seized in accordance with the applicable rules of jurisdiction.
