I moved to Lot-et-Garonne—specifically to Agen—in 1998 as a sales representative for specialized medical products for orthodontists, and then for podiatrists a few years later.
I stumbled into real estate by chance in 2012 and joined a national real estate chain, where I progressed from real estate agent in Marmande to salaried negotiator in Miramont-de-Guyenne, and then to branch manager in Tonneins. I remained in that role until 2023, when I joined an agency specializing in condominiums in Villeneuve-sur-Lot.
In 2025, I was contacted by Leggett Immobilier to work as a coach and real estate agent in Lot-et-Garonne.
As for my role, it is to ensure the satisfaction of both sellers and buyers through my experience, my support, and my commitment to everyone involved. Today, I enjoy training people who are passionate about real estate and who are ready to dedicate themselves to this challenging field, but sales remain essential to me, and seeing everyone’s projects come to fruition brings me great joy.
I cover the entire Lot-et-Garonne region as well as neighboring areas such as the Réolais and Condomois regions, ...

Lot-et-Garonne is a great place to live—far from the stress of big cities, yet less than an hour from Bordeaux or Toulouse. I also appreciate the ever-changing landscapes. We go from the vineyards of Marmande to the pine forests of the Landes, and from the foothills of Quercy to the valleys of Gascony. I also love all the picturesque villages in this department that have retained their authenticity, including some of the “Most Beautiful Villages of France” (Monflanquin, Penne-d’Agenais, Pujols, Tournon-d’Agenais, Villeréal, etc.) as well as others that are less well-known, such as Vianne or Meilhan-sur-Garonne… This department is full of surprises (castles, windmills, etc.), and it’s a pleasure to help visitors discover it.
