About me
During the ten years we spent in Australia and Malaysia, my wife and I were often asked, “Where do you think you’ll end up?” Our aspirational answer was always, “Somewhere around Lake Annecy in France. It has a beautiful lake for swimming and sailing, mountains for skiing, cycling, and hiking, and multiple countries and cultures on our doorstep. It's a year-round playground.” Now, after living in the beautiful lakeside commune of Talloires for seven years and raising three children here, we still pinch ourselves that it has become a reality—and it has exceeded everything we hoped for.
