I’ve loved the south-west of France since I was at university in Bordeaux over 30 years ago. Since then, I’ve worked for a French newspaper, moved from the UK over 20 years ago, and worked in real estate for over 10 years. Now settled in a small village in the vineyards around Matha, we’re currently renovating our dream maison de maitre. Leggett consistently wins awards for its prowess in advising on the buying and selling of houses. But we do far more than that. We do is help people make important investments, both financial and emotional, in their future. We help them plan that future, explore every opportunity, and realise their dreams. I have an intimate and ever-developing understanding of the constantly changing French property market. This allows me to assess and appreciate individual properties and carefully match them to the right buyers. My long experience in international real estate, as well as media planning and sales in London, has given me excellent negotiating skills and the perseverance to achieve my clients' aims.
As a local resident and local agent, can offer expert advice on both the regional property market and the best villages, schools, restaurants and local facilities. I have a good understanding of the practical and aesthetic qualities of buildings, from identifying the optimum heating system, to when and how to repair historic trompe d'oeil. Above all, I pride myself on understanding the importance of each transaction to both buyer and seller and am dedicated to satisfying their needs and meeting their goals. Specialties: English mother tongue. Fluent in French and Italian
