It is 5 km from Olonzac, which is the centre of the Minervois, with its weekly market, and a good selection of amenities, including restaurants, café/bars, a pharmacy, banks, and a medical centre.

Azillanet is 33 km from Narbonne, 39 km from Carcassonne and 48 km from Béziers. The sea is 59 km away, and Spain is about an hour and a half (124 km).
