The gite is open plan downstairs, with a sleeping area, kitchen corner and storage area. Upstairs there is a shower room and small room which currently has bunkbeds, both accessed from an open mezzanine landing. There is no fixed heating in the annex.

The rear garden with double gates is enclosed, with mature trees, lawn, and flower beds. It overlooks the surrounding countryside, a haven of peace.
