Traditional chalet with 6 bedrooms for sale in Plagne 1800, La Plagne, Paradiski
An incredible opportunity to buy a chalet in the resort of Plagne 1800, La Plagne. This traditional style chalet built in 1982 is not something that comes on the market very often. It has a stunning view over the resort with a large balcony off the lounge dining area; uninterrupted views of the pistes from the cosy lounge beside the fire. The recently fitted kitchen just off the living area brings a touch of modernity to the property.
6 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with possibility to make the bathrooms ensuite for extra comfort. There is a newly renovated laundry and storage area and work has been started on a new bathroom.
There is land to the side and front of the building and an extension could be possible,
A well-hidden trapdoor leads to another bonus feature; its own wine cellar.
This would make a fabulous holiday home but also the rental potential in the chalet resort of La Plagne is excellent.
The location of this chalet is fantastic; either a short walk along to the pistes of Plagne 1800 or catch the free shuttle bus which stops 100m away to Plagne Centre.

On the ground floor are two more generous sized bedrooms, a bathroom and a partially renovated second bathroom.
There is a newly renovated laundry and storage room which leads to the cellar and hot water tanks.
