About my area

I cover the southern part of Calvados and Manche around St Sever, Villedieu-les-Poeles and Percy etc. The landscape and surrounding countryside has a beautiful charm, and we are never at are loss for things to do. Walking, swimming, cycling etc. Especially with forest and golf course on the doorstep.

About me

The decision to come to France with my husband and son back in 2000, was such an easy one. Let’s see – nice life doing what we wanted, when we wanted, living in a huge farmhouse in the middle of lovely ‘green’ countryside or…continue commuting into London, working 12 hour days and never being together as a family, oh and having the view of Didcot power station. Simple really, have never looked back since, and never been happier. My son is now fluent in French, and seems to live life ‘like a local’. We now live in a village that has a real ‘community’ spirit, that any visiting friends and family all compare to how the UK ‘used’ to be…That was in the ‘Black & White days then?
