From here the beautiful façade of the house can be admired, with its lovely shaded terraces.

The double staircase in front of the house leads up to the front door and a comfortable covered terrace of 28m², also accessible from the 38m² master bedroom suite, which is to the left when entering… Here there is a spacious walk-in wardrobe along with ample cupboard space and a well-appointed bathroom. Back through the corridor, we pass a large wood-burner on our way to the bright, spacious 43m² lounge area. Back down to the lounge and immediately to our left we have the tasteful dining room extension, also fitted with a wood burner, with its big bay windows allowing plenty of light to flood in during the day, while affording beautiful views over the hillside villages and their twinkling street lamps come dinner time. From here the backdoor staircase leads down to the rear of the house and the fitness room… The well-equipped kitchen just beyond offers two ovens, an induction hob with gas burner support, an American-style fridge freezer unit along with plenty of storage, ideal for ease of service when entertaining.

Through the kitchen we head back out to the main corridor leading to the front door, with a storage area and guest toilet on the right and immediately to our left, a staircase leading down to a further four independent bedroom suites, perfect for family members, friends and even paying clients should a high-end bed & breakfast business opportunity be what you’re looking for… Here the suites are all beautifully finished, and three of the four, ranging in size from 21 to 46m², boast their own outside terraces facing north, east and south, each with almost complete privacy. The fourth suite doesn’t have its own outside space but instead opens straight out into the fitness room, which could conceivably become another private terrace, albeit enclosed, with sliding doors and windows for that outdoor feel.
