The other two rooms in this building used to be the old rooms used for cheese making (22m2). It may be possible to incorporate into the rest of the building. The hay loft is not converted.

Between the two houses is a lovely terrace area with a really attractive dining area and steps down to the path/lower level of the main house and access to the land and stream. There is an old well (not operational) and a beautiful working bread/pizza oven.

There are numerous other buildings including an old pig house (it really is a proper house!) and old stables.

The land surrounds the property and is a mixture of woods and stream-side ground. There is a small concrete bridge across the small river.

The town of Valençay is 10 minutes away and has services which include a bakery, restaurants, supermarket, petrol station, bank, cafe, florist, SNCF and tourist train services, medical services and a vet. There is a beautiful chateau and grounds, and a small motor museum can be found in the town.
