About my area
My real estate coverage area is the whole of the Côte d’Azur, but I tend to focus on that magical piece of paradise known as “The Bay of Cannes”. From the glitz of the Cannes Film Festival to the small-scale, protected agriculture of the Lower Siagne Valley and the stunning sea/mountain views of Antibes, Mandelieu, Théoule and pretty much everywhere else, the diversity of this lovely region is simply astonishing. It is an absolutely delightful place to live and I plan to be here for the rest of my days.
About me
Born and raised in the Toronto region of Canada, I spent the first 30 years of my career in the Telecommunications Industry. The last 22 of those years were spent working out of the Sophia Antipolis Technology Park between Nice and Cannes. I became very enthusiastic about local real estate as soon as I moved to the Côte d’Azur because there are just so many mesmerising regions and fabulous properties. Over time I acquired several properties that I rent out for holiday rental purposes and this enthusiasm naturally steered me towards a path to becoming a Real Estate Agent. So I decided to give up the suit, the tie and the endless hours of international business travel for a more local lifestyle and become a Real Estate Agent for Leggett Immobilier. I have explored pretty much every square metre of this lovely region and would love to find your dream property if you are willing to entrust me with the task.
