About my area
The Charente is a magical and rural area of South West France. It has a wealth of beautiful old stone properties, ranging from village houses, to farm houses, and manor houses. The climate is very friendly, hot, hot summers, plenty of sunshine, and short cold winters. There are very many charming areas of Charente, offering a lively lifestyle, pretty villages, restaurants, without being over populated. My portfolio has a variety of properties available in the area, charming in many ways. Angouleme is now serviced with direct TGV links to Paris and Bordeaux. Limoges, Poitiers, Bergerac also have airports which service most areas of UK. Take a look at my portfolio, you wont be dissapointed.
About me
Having enjoyed a successful equestrian career as a Dressage Trainer and rider, which I still participate in, my other passion is property. I have worked in Real Estate for the past 12 years, starting my own agency in Provence, and learning the techniques and skills which are required to be a successful agent. I loved Provence, and still do, and I joined the Leggett team as an agent in 2012. Switzerland and the snow capped mountains drew me away to venture into Real Estate in the Swiss Alps, selling beautiful chalets in Valais, and I learned to ski at the same time! My return to Leggett Immobilier and France was not a hard choice as both Leggett as a company and France as a country has a lot to offer. I chose to discover a new area of France, South Brittany, and this is a destination where I feel inclined to make roots.
