An old stone property in a quiet hamlet in the commune of Massignac in the eastern Charente.

The windows are all double glazed, the roof has been insulated and waterproofed and is in good condition and the septic tank works just fine.
Outside and just a few meters away from the house is the garden. This has a couple of small outbuildings, used for storage and workshop space. Entered via metal gates, there is a small gravel driveway which is ideal as off-street, private parking for 2-3 cars.
The garden is mainly laid to lawn with a number of trees. It has been well cared for, is easy. to maintain and has a number of terraces/ sitting areas from which one can really enjoy the beautiful French countryside views, ideally with a glass of something suitably chilled. Facing north-west, the slope of the land ensures plenty of sunlight - you will be glad for the shade at the height of summer.
