This property is nothing if not astonishing - from the road it doesn't look like much: you come in through the half-glazed front door to find yourself in a sitting room (approx. 25m²) which has a chimney piece with a new wood burner, a door on the far side leads out on to the terrace, a staircase takes you up to the first floor and a couple of steps down into the fitted kitchen (approx. 23m²). Off the terrace on the middle level is an outbuilding used as a utility room with plumbing for the washing machine, and also as a storeroom for bicycles and gardening tools. There is a sheltered terrace here, perfect for soaking up the sun and another terrace down some beautiful old stone steps at the garden level. The garden is approximately 50 metres long by 50 metres wide with fruit trees and the river providing the boundary at the furthest end from the house.
